We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic billing team as a Revenue Cycle, Billing and Collections Processor – Level I. This entry-level position is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our billing department, driving positive cash flow and minimizing financial loss.

     

    + Efficiently and timely collect outstanding accounts for assigned accounts.

    + Process insurance claims accurately and promptly.

    + Investigate and respond to inquiries from payers, patients, and/or agencies regarding account receivable activity, adhering to established policies and procedures.

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing and collections activities.

    + Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.

    + Communicate effectively with payers, patients, and internal stakeholders.

    + Ensure compliance with all relevant billing and collection regulations and guidelines.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + **Candidates must reside in one of the approved remote worker states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, NC, ND, NE, NJ, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI.**

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Proficiency in using computers and relevant software (e.g., billing software, spreadsheets). -

    + **Must have experience in Infusion Services.** **Braintree software is a plus**

    + Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

    + Strong organizational and time management skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused.

    + Ability to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.

    + Basic understanding of medical terminology (a plus).

    Pay Range

    $16.66 - $22.91 /hour
