    Adecco is currently assisting a local company recruit for an Accounting Specialist in Honolulu, HI. This Accounting Clerk jobs are full time, 40 hours per week opportunities, with starting pay rates of $25 to $28 per hour DOE. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!     Job duties include:

    • Accurately enter a high volume of invoices paid.

    • Review all receivables for accuracy. Assists collections to verify status of delinquent accounts.

    • Processing payments to utilities and

    • Research any pricing and quantity differences with Operations.

    • Reconciling accounts, make notes of the debits and credits.

    • Processing of chargebacks returns and bad checks.

    • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately. Maintain customer invoice, check payments.

    • Provide support to other groups in accounting as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-4year experience in accounts payable/receivable or experience in a general accounting position.

    • Strong organization and communication skills.

    • Concentration on accuracy and timeliness.

    • Ability to work under limited supervision. Proactive, flexible and highly motivated.

    • Has critical analytical abilities, team working capabilities and be results oriented.

    • Ability to work in a high-volume department, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision.

    • Prior Produce industry experience is highly desirable

     

    The starting pay rate for Accounting Specialist job is $25.00 to $28.00/hr. DOE
