    Job Overview

     

    We are working with a company in Goodland, Indiana. Train on first shift, work long term on afternoons or overnights. Great, solid company whose team will work hard to train you. No previous industrial experience required As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in the assembly and fabrication of products while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

    Duties

    + Operate various types of machinery and equipment in a manufacturing facility.

    + Assemble components on the assembly line according to specifications.

    + Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

    + Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines to prevent downtime.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse setting.

    + Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

    Skills

    + Two week training course provided.

    + Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

    **Pay Details:** $15.00 to $16.50 per hour
