    Heavy Equipment Mechanic – $38/hr. – Wright, WY – Rotating Shifts – Day 1 Benefits

     

    Adecco is hiring a dependable and skilled Mechanic to join our client’s Maintenance team at North Antelope Rochelle Mine (NARM), _the largest surface coal mine in the U.S._ , located in Wright, Wyoming. This high-output thermal coal operation has over 465 million tons of reserves and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

     

    **Pay** : $30/hour

    **Location** : Wright, Wyoming (NARM)

    **Shifts** : Rotating – days, nights, weekends, holidays

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on heavy equipment

    + Diagnose faults and determine repair strategies

    + Interpret technical documents and specifications

    + Estimate time and materials, request parts, and complete repairs

    + Maintain tools and a clean, organized work area

    + Mentor apprentices or new team members as needed

    + Follow all safety, environmental, and legal regulations

    Qualifications

    + Trade certification preferred

    + Minimum 3 months of relevant experience

    + Ability to work in all weather conditions and rotating shifts

    + Willingness to work overtime as needed

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and coordination

    + Ability to lift 10–50 lbs., work at heights, and wear required PPE

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
