**Job Title:** Flexographic Press Operator (2nd Shift)

**Base Pay:** $24 - $36 per hour (based on experience)

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Shift:** 2nd Shift — Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced **Flexographic Press Operator** to join our team. This individual will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality materials in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Set up and operate Flexographic printing presses (MA 2200 or similar)

+ Monitor print jobs to ensure quality standards and production timelines are met

+ Perform routine press maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues

+ Manage press supply inventory and request replenishments as needed

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

+ Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ 3–5 years of experience operating Flexographic presses

+ Experience with MA 2200 preferred

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

+ Working knowledge of ink theory, color matching, and press operations

+ Ability to follow written work instructions in English

+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

+ Familiarity with press maintenance and workplace safety procedures
