Job Overview:

Performs tasks as assigned by the supervisor/technologist. Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient’s age-specific needs and provide age-specific treatment and care.

Qualifications:

Required:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ One (1) Year of Prior Scheduling Experience in a Healthcare Setting

+ Ability to operate various computer systems

+ Successful completion of all Orientation Programs

Preferred:

+ College Degree

+ EPIC experience

Scheduling Requirements:

+ Working Shift: Monday – Friday

+ Day Shift: 9:00AM-5:00PM

+ Full-Time, 37.5 Hours

Essential Functions:

+ Supports departmental policies, practices, and initiatives in support of patient experience, throughput, safety standards and revenue cycle outcomes.

+ Functions include scheduling of the Radiology department, insurance verification, receptionist for Radiology department, check-in/check-out patients, and liaison for clinical staff

+ Collaborates, communicates and coordinates to create a positive experience through the entire Radiology Support Services flow.
