Role Description:

The Sr Analyst, Application Support role will be responsible for supporting our Level I associates, clinic and service end users by providing ongoing training, functionality, and workflow guidance. Troubleshoot, report, and escalate bug or defect incidents to our Sr. Associate II, EMR Software Support team member or Level 3 Application Analysts. Success requires high levels of problem solving ability, a high degree of resourcefulness, and excellent communications skills.

Core Responsibilities:

+ Oak Street internal expert on clinical and service team workflows

+ Manual lab result submissions to patient charts

+ EMR production, test, dev account creation for new users

+ Provide remote support to all OSH clinics through a ticketing system along with other team members

+ Identify project issues and possible enhancements to resolve or escalate, as appropriate

+ Review and test changes, interfaces, and enhancements with each planned EMR upgrade

+ Maintain constant communication with clinics for feedback

+ On-Call rotation duty

+ Other duties as assigned

+ 2+ years experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
