We are seeking a Production Manager for our manufacturing facility in Reading, PA. Are you good at leading a team to maintain production? Responsibilities:

+ **Oversee day to day operations to meet productions and quality targets**

+ **Supervise and develop direct reports**

+ **Maintain a safe and efficient operation**

+ **Drive a culture of continuous improvement**

+ **Ensure accurate record keeping, material handling and proper storage**

+ **Collaborate with maintenance, logistics and quality teams**

+ **Lead hiring, training and performance review processes**

Qualifications:

+ **Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or Technical disciplines)**

+ **5+ years of leadership experience**

+ **Strong understanding of material flow, production scheduling and safety management**

+ **Be able to lead teams, solve problems and work across departments**

+ **Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred**

**Pay Details:** $110,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
