*KEY FUNCTIONS *
• Develops evaluation mechanisms to measure wellness institute success.
• Directs the tracking of participation and impact metrics for Wellness programming.
• Directs the development of reporting tools and determines metrics to evaluate ROI of programs.
• Operational and budget management for wellness institute
• Operational and budget management planning
• Develops the annual operating and capital budgets, conserving resources, and monitoring expenditures to ensure they remain within budgeted parameters.
• Ensures department SOP's and policies remain current and are followed.
• Provides direction and collaboration for social media and public relations.
• Oversee internal wellness institute grant management
• In collaboration with the CWO, strategically develop and implement an ongoing wellness institute internal grant program that will enable teams to create evidence based local programs
• Budget management for grant allocations
• Collect, monitor and disseminate outcome metrics for internal stakeholders and for academic/public dissemination including professional scientific writing
• Promote and provide education on the grant program including but not limited to training for successful applications and cross promotion of successful programs
• Advise on quality improvement processes and IRB submissions when appropriate
*EDUCATION *
Required: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: Master's degree.
*EXPERIENCE *
Required: Six years of business or clinical operations experience to include three years in management role. With Master's degree, four years of business or clinical operations experience to include three years in a management role. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Completion of both programs can be substituted for a maximum of two years of supervisory or management experience.
Preferred: Seeking a high-performing individual with a background in clinical or research operations. While prior experience in a professional wellness or mental health setting is highly desirable, it is not a requirement. What is essential is a solid foundation in financial management, including the ability to prepare, forecast, and monitor a multi-million dollar budget while ensuring full compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with demonstrated success in project management and program development skills with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes. Ability to consistently deliver result and exceed operational goals through innovative solutions.
This position requires someone who excels in building strong partnerships and collaborating across multiple teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills. As part of a small and dynamic team, the candidate must be flexible and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities beyond their core duties to advance team goals and support the overall success of the department.
