    POSITION SUMMARY: Receives supplies, stores products, acts as a relief receiving clerk.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Receives supplies.

    * Using appropriate requisition forms or invoices, checks in supplies, verifying completeness of shipment.

    * Examines supplies to ensure orders are filled correctly and items are not damaged.

    2. Takes inventory of supplies, as necessary.

    * Using appropriate inventory/order forms, accurately records amount of supplies in stock on a daily, weekly or monthly basis according to specific needs.

    3. Maintains cleanliness of storeroom; removes empty boxes and straightens shelves; mops floors; periodically cleans shelves.

    4. May be required to deliver samples or supplies to other locations using public roads.

    5. Performs related duties as required.

    REQUIRED

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    * High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

    * Current valid NY State driver's license without violations, required.

    * Prior storeroom experience, preferred.

    * Ability to read and write English.

    The salary range for this position is $20-$20/hour
