    As a **Senior FileNet Architect** you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all legal domain-related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office in New Brunswick, New Jersey.     Role & Responsibilities:

    + Design and implement scalable architecture solutions using IBM Case Manager and Spring Boot to meet business requirements.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FileNet P8 Process Engine API and Content Engine API into existing systems.

    + Develop and maintain high-quality code using Java to enhance system functionality and performance.

    + Oversee the deployment and configuration of IBM Content Navigator to ensure seamless user experience.

    + Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

    + Conduct regular code reviews to identify and resolve potential issues and improve code quality.

    + Lead the design and implementation of data management strategies to optimize storage and retrieval processes.

    + Analyze system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

    + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all architectural designs and implementations.

    + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve system architecture.

    + Contribute to the development of technical documentation to support system maintenance and future enhancements.

    + Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work to maximize productivity and collaboration.

    Required Skills:

    + 13+ years of relevant work experience

    + Demonstrate expertise in IBM Case Manager Spring Boot and Java for designing robust solutions.

    + Possess strong experience with FileNet P8 Process Engine API and Content Engine API for seamless integration.

    + Exhibit proficiency in IBM Content Navigator to enhance user experience and system functionality.

    + Have a solid understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance domain to align solutions with industry needs.

    + Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site tasks.

    + Display excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges effectively.

    + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

    The annual salary for this position is between 102,600 – $162,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
