To continue laying the groundwork, challenge what's possible and celebrate the power of inclusion, we seek to partner with driven individuals who are ready to elevate their career with us. *SUMMARY:*Responsible for warehouse operations, inventory, logistical planning and purchasing of operating materials. *GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:*Performday-to-day warehouse functions such as shipping and receiving in support of local operations. Provide system input for receiving of supplies delivered to local warehouse facilities. Reorder standarditems, equipment, supplies and services. Issue parts and supplies in support of local operations. Review/create documentation such as requisitions, inventory lists and manifests. Maintain accurate inventory counts. Provide deliveries to vessels and terminal locations.Arrange transportation vendors with considerations of cost, quality and reliability as directed by Supply Chain Manager. *PEOPLE MANAGER:*No *EXPERIENCE: EXPERIENCE:*2 - 3 years experience in warehousing, materials management and/or procurement related field. *EDUCATION:*High school diploma or equivalent, with course work after high school and job-related training preferred. *TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:*Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and ORACLE. *COMPETENCIES:*Safe working knowledge and practices and willingness to speak up to address and correct unsafe activities. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external business partners. Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously. Ability to function effectively with, or as part of a team. Ability to identify routine problems and review related information to help develop and evaluate options and implement solutions for efficiency and process improvement. Knowledge of warehouse operations, including expediting functions.** *OTHER:* Forklift certification either pre-employment or training/certification post-hire. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles. *JOB SCOPE:*Position impacts multiple business units/segments *WORKING CONDITIONS:*Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time. *Status*: Active *FLSA Status*: The position is Non-Exempt. May require the ability to work overtime to meet required deadlines.
