    **Full Time,Day Shift** Mon-Friday 7:30 to 4:00

     

    Provide support to the practice in the functional areas of clerical, clinical and business under the direct supervision of a Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Physician.

    Requirements:

    + Licensed Nursing Assistant NH State (if a LNA)

    + Certified or Registered MA (if a MA)

    + Highschool graduate or equivalent

    + Previous experience as LNA or MA preferred

    + CPR certified within 90 days of hire

    Major Responsibilities:

    1. Performs clinical duties such as assisting provider in examinations; procedures and obtaining vital signs.

    2. Cleans exam rooms as needed

    3. Follow-up with patient regarding home care.

    4. May schedule diagnostic testing; follow up with patients; as ordered by the physician.

    5. Performs administrative duties including answering telephone inquiries; scheduling; organizing patient charts; filing; faxing; pulling and copying patient records.

    6. Orders and stocks exam rooms with appropriate medical supplies.

    7. Calls in prescriptions as directed by provider.

    8. Assist with obtaining and maintaining CPAP downloads and database.

    9. Assist with pre-authorizations.

    10. Other duties as assigned.
