    What are your contributions to the team?

     

    + Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

    + Coordinate and communicate with all levels within the organization, as well as regulatory agencies

    + Demonstrate general skills required for this posting

    + Adhere to General Work Requirements

    + Identify non-value added activities and suggest improvement methods

    + Assist with designing and maintaining quality system policies and procedures

    + Review internal/external customer requirements and apply quality systems to meet specific contractual requirements

    + Evaluate customer corrective action progress, work with customers, and coordinate related activities

    + Support corrective action process and coordinate related activities

    + Prepare detailed presentations in support of technical reviews

     

    How to thrive in this role?

     

    + Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Aviation/Aerospace Quality or Manufacturing (preferred)

    + Strong working knowledge of governing regulatory policies

    + Proficient in MS Office

    + Excellent skills in data collection and analysis to identify systemic issues

    + Strong experience in root cause and corrective action

    + Proficiency in tools such as DMAIC, 8D, 5-Whys, Six-Sigma, etc
