    Job Description:

    Key Deliverables to Demonstrate Success in 12 months:

    Sustainable performance of delivering accurate Certificate of Analysis as promise. Managing the Customer Complaint process, investigation and resolutions. Lab equipment management and repairs. Resolve daily production quality issues. Develop repeatable processes for lab testing.

    Skills and Experience Needed

    + Technical Expertise.

    + 2+ years QA/QC experience as a Quality specialist or equivalent.
