Aerotek Is Hiring: General Production Workers

**Location:** Spokane, WA |  **Start Date:** Immediate |  **Pay** : $19/hr

What You’ll Do

+ Assist machine operators with press, shear, and roll forming tasks

+ Inspect products using tape measures and package finished goods

+ Build custom wood skids and prepare items for shipping

+ Pick orders and package screws and bolts

What You’ll Need

+ Experience with packaging, hand tools, and physical labor

+ Familiarity with power tools and reading tape measures

+ Ability to meet production quotas and work in a loud environment

+ Reliability, initiative, and willingness to learn

Work Environment

+ Metal roofing machine shop with 15–20 employees

+ Clean indoor workspace with occasional outdoor tasks

+ Open-door policy means hot summers and cold winters

+ Ear plugs required; communication often involves raised voices

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.
