    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets. You will monitor quality and stack orders based on daily requirements. This role requires the ability to lift up to 25lbs repetitively, maintain high attention to detail, and perform inventory counting. You should be comfortable standing for 10+ hours a day.

    Responsibilities

    + Comfortably lift up to 25lbs repetitively.

    + Stand for 10+ hours a day while performing duties.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in warehouse, production, and general labor environments.

    + Proficient in picking, packing, palletizing, and using RF scanners.

    + Ability to follow GMP guidelines and maintain cleanliness standards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience as a picker/packer.

    + Experience working in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a non-climate-controlled facility that maintains a comfortable temperature. Hairnets and beard coverings are required in designated areas, and jewelry is restricted except for medical alerts and plain wedding bands. Follow GMP guidelines and avoid wearing false eyelashes, nails, body glitter, exposed nail polish, perfumes, or after-shave. Choose from two shifts: 1st shift from 7AM to 3:30PM or 2nd shift from 3:30PM to 12AM, both requiring 10-hour days.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
