TIG Welding Lead – 2nd Shift | Leadership Opportunity in a Climate-Controlled Shop!

About the Role:

Are you a skilled TIG welder with a passion for leadership? We’re looking for a TIG Welding Lead to take charge of our second shift operations. If you have experience training others, enjoy mentoring a team, and want to work in a clean, air-conditioned environment, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

+ Lead and support a team of welders on the 2nd shift

+ Set up and operate TIG and orbital welders, including purging and adjusting current/voltage

+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

+ Train new hires and ensure smooth communication between shifts

+ Perform quality inspections and assist with stainless steel fabrication and assembly

+ Lift and move parts up to 50 lbs as needed

+ Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold high standards of quality and safety

What We’re Looking For:

+ 5+ years of TIG welding experience(ASME certification preferred)

+ Prior experience in a lead or trainer role

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools

+ Ability to read blueprints and perform quality inspections

+ Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
