Job Title: Powder Coating Technician (Entry Level)

Pay:$19.00 – $21.25/hour

Job Description:

+ Rotate between paint line loading, unloading, and powder coating tasks

+ Spray powder coat paint onto metal parts

+ Conduct quality inspections to ensure smooth and even application

+ Load and unload parts on the paint line

+ Spray powder coating on metal components

+ Inspect painted parts for quality and consistency

+ Rack parts properly for the painting process

Essential Skills:

+ Minimum 6 months of painting experience (powder coating preferred; will train)

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for racking metal parts

+ Strong attention to detail for inspecting finished products

+ Experience in industrial painting or construction is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.25/hr.
