Job Title: Plumbing Technician
Job Description
As a Plumbing Technician, you will assist the foreman with the installation of various piping systems, including copper, cast iron, PEX, Uponor, and PVC. Your role involves measuring, cutting, and preparing materials for installation.
Responsibilities
+ Assist the foreman in the installation of piping systems.
+ Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure.
+ Cut, bend, and thread pipes as necessary.
+ Support plumbers by handing them materials.
+ Work with large gauge PVC piping systems.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of experience assisting plumbers on commercial construction sites.
+ Ability to cut materials squarely and accurately.
+ Proficiency in working with large gauge PVC piping systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with copper, cast iron, PEX, and Uponor piping systems is beneficial.

Work Environment
This role is based in a construction environment, predominantly indoors with all work conducted above ground. You will be working under a fair but stern supervisor who values hard work and dedication.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pineville, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41.76 - $41.76/hr.
