Hiring Line Leads - Needs to be Available to work overtime

will be working as a line lead in a foods production environment

+ Delegate tasks and responsibilities across the production line

+ Assist in onboarding and training new team members

+ Fill in on the line during employee breaks

+ Assign and manage break schedules for line staff

+ Monitor production output to ensure goals are consistently met

+ Partner with the quality department to uphold product standards

+ Track and report production metrics accurately

+ Minimum of 3 years in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment

+ Proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing setting

+ Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish

PLUS +

+ Experience in the food industry

+ Experience working with raw ingredients

Experiencia demostrada en liderazgo en un entorno

de producción o manufactura.

Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente en español.

Experiencia en la industria alimentaria.

Experiencia trabajando con materias primas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00/yr.
