    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team at 1070 Hanover Street, Sugar Notch, PA. You will play a crucial role in producing high-quality cabinetry components by following detailed technical drawings. This position offers an opportunity to grow in a dynamic and expanding environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Follow detailed technical drawings of cabinetry components to produce end products of the highest standard.

    + Effectively and safely control a variety of woodworking machinery including CNC drills, edge banders, glue machines, and a variety of hand tools.

    + Participate in the training and mentoring of Trainee Machine Operators.

    + Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure high-quality standards are met, reporting any quality issues to management and the QC team.

    + Operate machines, move and remove parts as required for cleaning processes.

    + Adhere to policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace.

    Essential Skills

    + Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment.

    + Good knowledge of manufactured products.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Organizational skills.

    + Flexibility, commitment, and punctuality.

    + Industrial background.

    + Experience with hand tools and tape measure.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a manufacturing environment that is not temperature controlled. The facility is new and offers a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm. Candidates are eligible for a perfect attendance bonus. The facility is spacious, providing ample room for operations.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sugar Notch, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
