    Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    As an Industrial Controls Technician, you will test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems, including circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, and servo drives. You will fabricate and machine components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts using metal, plastic, and wood for projects, equipment repair, maintenance work orders, and machine modifications. Additionally, you will write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and repair programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic equipment. This role requires troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment, and machine components. You will also perform basic administrative skills, documenting work performed by written or electronic methods, and continuously seek to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

    Responsibilities

    + Write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and repair programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic equipment.

    + Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems.

    + Fabricate and machine components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts for projects, equipment repair, maintenance work orders, and machine modifications.

    + Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment, and machine components.

    + Perform basic administrative skills, including documentation of work performed by written or electronic methods.

    + Problem-solving and continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.

    Essential Skills

    + Electrical troubleshooting and PLC programming.

    + Experience in hydraulics, mechanical maintenance, and pneumatics.

    + Ability to work with industrial maintenance, automation, ladder logic, PLC control, and electrical troubleshooting.

    + Knowledge of schematic and 3-phase systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment according to standards.

    + Ability to diagnose and repair issues with machinery and equipment.

    + Safety compliance with all work performed in accordance with regulations and standards.

    + Documentation skills to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

    + Collaborative skills to work closely with other team members for efficient operations.
