Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager with at least 2 years of experience in Maintenance Team Management or Supervisory roles. The ideal candidate should have led a team of at least three individuals in a past maintenance leadership position and have experience working in buildings with ammonia. Basic welding skills are also required.

Responsibilities

+ Lift, push, and pull products weighing up to fifty pounds from confined spaces and occasionally lift products overhead.

+ Stand, kneel, and climb ladders as needed to perform maintenance tasks.

+ Troubleshoot and repair machinery issues swiftly and efficiently.

+ Set up and change out various machine lines.

+ Read and follow blueprints accurately.

+ Manage time effectively to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

+ Communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Essential Skills

+ At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.

+ Experience with pneumatics and programmable logic controllers.

+ Ability to pass a post-offer drug test, alcohol screening, and physical exam.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ HVAC experience.

+ Ammonia handling experience.

+ Electrical experience with 3 phase 480 volt systems.

+ Hydraulic experience.

+ Basic welding skills (Mig/Tig/Stick).

+ Plumbing skills.

+ Experience leading teams of 10+ people in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in the dairy sector.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of St. Louis, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Employee owned and only $9.90 up to $60.80 for family coverage.

They offer full-time schedules, life insurance, short-term disability, and pension. You'll also enjoy paid time off, 9 paid holidays, vacation, and paid sick days.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in St. Louis,MO.
