    Job Title: Production Machine Operator (All Shifts)

    Job Description

    As a Production Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating nesting equipment and collaborating with a team to meet production schedules and quality goals. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, troubleshooting issues, and preparing for full machine operator training.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate nesting equipment in accordance with production schedules.

    + Troubleshoot and solve problems independently or as part of a team.

    + Collaborate with others to achieve daily production and quality targets.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

    + Assist in building and assembling product components as needed.

    + Prepare to transition into full machine operator training.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to stand for up to 11.5 hours.

    + Capability to lift up to 30 lbs periodically.

    + Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical ability or experience using tools, hand assembly, or mic gauges is a plus.

    + Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

    Work Environment

    Available shifts:

    + Monday to Wednesday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM on A Shift

    + Sunday to Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM on B Shift

    + Thursday to Saturday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM on C Shift

    + Wednesday to Friday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM on D Shift

     

    All have the possibility of additional overtime via a signup sheet. The facility is climate-controlled and all necessary PPE is provided.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
