    Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

    Job Description

    The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for picking and packing parts and tools consistently, handling 150-200 orders per hour. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial to ensure orders are shipped accurately and timely.

     

    Pay: Up to $21hr.

     

    Shift: 8am-5pm (Mon-Fri)

    Responsibilities

    + Pick and pack parts and tools efficiently to meet order quotas.

    + Receive and unload products from overseas vendors, label them, and either load them into the auto shipping machine or send them to the coating department.

    + Handle tools manufactured by the internal department and load them into the auto shipper.

    + Laser engrave tools/orders and assign batch numbers.

    + Manually process orders that cannot be auto-shipped for next day ground or international shipping.

    + Verify quantities, pack orders, insure orders, process credit card payments for shipping, and log invoices.

    + Use ERP systems like SAP and shipping software such as FedEx and UPS to process shipments.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally.

    + Capability to stand and walk for the duration of shift.

    + Previous experience in shipping and receiving is required.

    + Proficiency in using ERP systems like SAP.

    + Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with packing, inventory management, and order picking.

    + Skills in data entry and Microsoft Office.

    + Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

    The work environment is a newly built, state-of-the-art facility that is climate-controlled and clean. The facility offers a pleasant atmosphere, operating on a day shift from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
