Document Processor – Entry Level

Schedule: First Shift

About the Role:

We’re hiring Document Processors to join a fast-paced, high-volume team handling secure loan files. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy repetitive tasks and thrive in structured environments.

Responsibilities:

+ Receive and process incoming files and documents

+ Reconcile contents against provided manifests

+ Prep documents for scanning and manage post-scan processing

+ Remove staples, organize paperwork, and verify key information

+ Maintain speed and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks

+ Fold and stuff documents as needed

+ Track performance using KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

+ Office setting with a warehouse-style vault containing rows of boxed files

+ Standing and sitting required throughout the day

+ Team of 52 staff, including 24–28 processors

+ Work is stationary and repetitive, requiring strong attention to detail

+ Plenty of parking and nearby restaurants

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
