Job Title: Escalation Representative 2

Schedule:

+ Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CT (occasional extension to 5:00 PM for phone coverage)

+ Training: Full-time in-office for 6–8 weeks

+ Post-training: Hybrid (1 week in-office / 1 week remote)

+ Hours/Week: 40 (occasional overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Handle inbound customer calls and route them to the appropriate research teams.

+ Accurately gather and input customer data.

+ Perform minor data analysis.

+ Deliver white-glove customer service with professionalism and empathy.

+ Support regulatory reporting and complaint intake processes.

Top MUST HAVES Required Skills:

+ Brokerage/FINRA experience (6 months to 1 year preferred)

+ MS Outlook and basic computer proficiency

+ Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have:

+ Experience in escalation handling or regulatory environments

+ Familiarity with complaint intake systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.44 - $23.44/hr.
