Software Support Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Be the go-to expert for three key manufacturing applications: 

+ One app has 14 unique installs

+ Another has 6 variations

+ The third is used differently across divisions

+ Handle incoming support calls related to process questions or application hiccups

+ Guide users through application usage and troubleshoot issues with patience and clarity

+ Collaborate with vendors, dig into documentation, and test environments to crack complex problems

+ Embrace a dynamic environment where no two days are the same

What You Bring:

+ A love for solving puzzles and discovering root causes

+ Comfort with ambiguity and unexpected challenges

+ Strong communication skills to walk users through solutions

+ Technical aptitude and a hunger to learn

+ A positive, easy-going attitude with a drive to make things better

Bonus Points:

+ Experience in manufacturing environments

+ Familiarity with ERP systems (especially Kiwiplan or Amtech)

+ SQL knowledge

+ Help desk or technical support

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension. Green Bay Packaging benefits may vary by position or division.
