Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with corporate bankers to attract new corporate clients.
+ Develop and maintain client relationships.
+ Employ financial models to develop solutions to assess the financial or capital impact of transactions.
+ Evaluate capital needs of clients and assess market conditions to inform structuring of financial packages.
+ Analyze financial information to forecast business, industry, or economic conditions.
+ Prepare all materials for transactions or execution of deals.
+ Analyze current client treasury functions and liquidity structures to design streamlined and efficient solutions in operating cash management globally.
+ Work with right sizing credit requirements for multinational corporations to assist with their daily cash flow needs.
+ Perform legal and regulatory KYC checks and due diligence to remain legally and regulatory compliant.
+ Assess cash management, liquidity, and payments for various clients in the global Large Corporations division to help facilitate workflow.
+ Utilize understanding of major clearing systems and requirements to identify the best solution for a client to ensure timely payments and receipts in the most cost effective manner possible.
+ Evaluate and assess complex client requirements and market condition to translate the requirements into actionable sales opportunities.
+ Employ financial models to assess transactions, performing negotiations and making presentations to senior executives.
+ Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
Required Skills & Experience
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related: and
+ 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
+ Must have 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation. Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Assessing cash management, liquidity, and payments for various clients in the global Large Corporations division to help facilitate workflow;
+ Utilizing understanding of major clearing systems and requirements to identify the best solution for a client to ensure timely payments and receipts in the most cost effective manner possible;
+ Evaluating and assessing complex client requirements and market condition to translate the requirements into actionable sales opportunities; and,
+ Employing financial models to assess transactions, performing negotiations and making presentations to senior executives.
+ The employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field as meeting the Bachelor's degree requirement.
