    Ultimate LLC has an opening for a **Commercial Drywall Estimator** to join a hardworking team at a unique & growing sub-contracting company. This position is responsible for leading a team of senior level and junior level estimators. Scopes will range from Exterior and interior Metal Stud framing, drywall systems, casework/millwork fabrication and install. Salary is $70k-$110k depending on experience.

    Responsibilities include:

    This role will require a skilled commercial construction professional with experience in Metal Stud Framing, Structural Metal framing and Drywall systems. We have a long term, full time position for a detail oriented, reliable professional in a team-oriented firm.

     

    • Knowledge of drywall assemblies, acoustical ceilings systems, spray foam insulation, and EIFS

    • Ability to obtain up-to-date pricing information for bids

    • Complete knowledge and experience with metal framing, drywall finish and carpentry

    • Provide hard bid estimates of projects

    • Accurate take offs document management for self and others to review

    • Good communication skills, ability to describe scopes and detail of assemblies with precision

    • Client relationship building and maintaining the relationship through a business development attitude

    • Ability to quickly work through budget estimating exercises

    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • 5-7 yrs. Experience required

    • Ability to read shop drawings, architectural/structural drawings and contract specs

    • Experience estimating prevailing wage projects (Desired, but not mandatory)

    • *Must have proficient estimating software experience* (Important)
