Summary You will serve as a GG-14 Property Analysis Specialist managing a team of military, civilian, and contractor personnel. You will function as the primary interface with the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Property Management Office (PMO). This position is located within the N34 Assets Division of HOPPER GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS CENTER in Suitland, Maryland. Responsibilities You will serve as the Command Primary Accountable Property Officer (APO). You will provide technical advice and guidance on logistical and support operations, planning, property management, and warehouse management for the Hopper Global Communications Center-owned desktop workstations/property. You will plan, schedule, coordinate, and estimate major complex asset and deployment evolutions. You will complete quarterly reconciliation tasks to appropriate property custodians, compile results, and submit a command/directorate response to the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Property Management Office (PMO). You will ensure personal computers (PCs) are appointed in writing at the department/division level as appropriate to ensure the physical custody of accountable property under their control and prevent gaps in custody. You will provide assurance that inventories reflect accurate/current information and that financial data associated with asset records are correct. You will develop and staff corrective action plans to adequately address property management deficiencies. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. In addition to the competencies listed above, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Manage and oversee information technology (IT) resource allocations to track network assets (e.g., hubs, routers, servers, software) and maintain operational efficiency; Develop and implement procedures necessary for adhering to organizational information technology (IT) property management policy and instructions; Document and track information technology (IT) hardware configuration audit findings to ensure interoperability issues are minimized and verify organizational compliance with regulatory requirements. Earn and maintain appropriate credentials from the Cyber IT/CSWF Qualification Matrix (described in SECNAV M-5239.2) associated with the specialty area and level commensurate with the scope of major assigned duties for the position to which you are assigned, and; --2. Participate in a continuous learning program as described in SECNAVINST 1543.2. A minimum of 40 hours of Cyber IT/CSWF related continuous learning annually documented in a current individual development plan signed by both the employee and supervisor.
