Required Education/Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree and 8 years full time related experience.

Relevant Work Experience

+ Minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience. Required

+ Experience must include knowledge of how practices, procedures and specifications affect Planning, Safety and Environmental excellence. Required

+ Must have knowledge of eGIS, Adapt, and CORE, in addition to competency in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Project). Required

+ Must have experience in budgeting and the accounting reconciliation process. Required

+ Must have experience in reviewing and approving Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) requisitions in Oracle. Required

+ Must be well organized, detail oriented, flexible to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Required

+ Must possess superior oral and written communication skills and be able to effectively interact with customers, support staff and various levels of management. Required

+ Must possess strong leadership skills and initiative to champion change and have the ability to influence others in order to improve the management process. Required

+ Must be computer literate, have excellent technical skills and a proven record of leadership, communication and organizational skills that are needed to motivate and direct personnel. Required

+ Must be able to exercise independent judgement and possess the ability to render sound business decisions.

Physical Demands

+ Ability to respond to system emergencies

+ Able to work in all weather conditions, i.e. excessive heat and/or cold

+ Ability to work in inclement weather and adverse conditions (i.e., excessive heat, cold, noise, confined spaces)

Additional Physical Demands

+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

+ Must be able and willing to travel within the Company service territory as needed.
