    Job Summary

    The Recruitment Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in driving membership growth by developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive year-round recruitment sales strategies for both girl and adult members within the Council. This position provides leadership and management oversight to a team dedicated to lead acquisition, cultivation, conversion, and placement across our service area. Additionally, the Recruitment Strategy Manager ensures the maintenance and effectiveness of all systems that support recruitment functions.

    Job Qualifications

    • Three or more years knowledge of the sales and leads process, managing workflow and technology systems, and managing data.

    • Three or more years of supervisory experience with a proven track record of leading people
