    The Premium Seating Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving premium seating sales at Pechanga Arena San Diego and ASM Global events. This may include, but is not limited to, Club Memberships, Event Premium Boxes, and exclusive one-time event packages. The ideal candidate is a motivated, goal-oriented sales professional with a passion for live entertainment and building lasting client relationships.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Generate new business through outbound sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote premium seating products and meet or exceed sales goals

    + Proactively pursue and follow up on leads, maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects

    + Accurately track and report sales activity, appointments, and account updates on a regular basis

    + Collaborate with the broader sales team to support collective sales and service objectives

    + Represent the organization at events, promotions, and client hospitality functions to build and strengthen relationships

    + Partner with Premium Ticket Operations and Premium Seating Services to ensure accurate inventory management and deliver a first-class client experience

    Education & Experience

     

    + High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

    + 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, client account management, or sports management

    + Experience with premium seat sales is highly preferred

    + Familiarity with the San Diego market and established local business contacts is a plus

     

    Skills & Abilities

     

    + Strong presentation, communication, and customer service skills

    + Confident, proactive, and results-driven with excellent people skills

    + Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    + Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and professionalism

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of navigating complex systems

    + Comfortable working extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

    + Physically able to remain stationary for long periods and move throughout the venue as needed

    + Strong analytical skills, including the ability to calculate sales metrics and discounts

    + Ability to move about the venue efficiently during events

    + Detail-oriented and dedicated to working within standardized systems and processes

    COMPENSATION

    $50-$60K plus commission, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
