Description and Requirements

Description

We areseekinga dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Business Process Design Specialist to support our Digital Transformation teamthat handles Order Fulfillment and Procurement.

**Key Responsibilities** ​

+ Responsible forProcurementbusiness process design and optimization support.

+ Lead system solution design for Procurement, Source-to-Award,Procure-to-Pay, and Product to Source processes.

+ Coordinate cross-functionally with other business teams to align end-to-end process improvements and represent the GSC team.

+ Collaborate with IT teams to delivertesting, drivemove toproduction and go-live.

+ Ensure high-quality deliverables andmaintainongoing communication.

+ Advocate for use of AI and drive adoption.

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, IT, or a related field.

+ 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain ServiceswithOrder FulfillmentandProcurement.

Preferred Qualifications

+ 3+ years of experience in global chain projects witha track recordof delivery process or system improvementswith both Order Fulfillment and Procurement.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both finance and non-supply chain stakeholders.

+ Proven ability toidentifybusiness process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.

+ Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

+ Experience implementing automationsleveragingAIa plus.

The base salarybudgetedrange for this position is $95-115k. Individuals may also be considered forbonusand/orcommission. This position is hybrid 3days/wkat our Morrisville, NC location.
