Responsibilities:

+ Identify opportunities for process or procedural improvement, and design improved solution alternatives.

+ Support stakeholder engagement by arranging meetings, events, and other stakeholder engagement activities.

+ Carry out delegated activities to support the identification and evaluation of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, as well as the design of mitigating solutions.

+ Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.

+ Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and support in generating new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.

+ Provides Cross Border support services, assisting internal associates and/or Financial Advisors in researching and resolving issues (via email or phone).
