What you´ll do

The Packing Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing products for shipment, ensuring all items are securely packed and meet quality and shipping standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction through timely and damage-free deliveries. Key Tasks:

+ Select and prepare appropriate packaging materials based on order requirements.

+ Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects before packing.

+ Follow packing specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Label packages with accurate shipping and product information.

+ Collaborate with shipping and warehouse teams to meet daily shipment goals.

+ Maintain a clean and organized packing area and adhere to safety and quality guidelines at all times.

What makes you a good fit

+ High School Diploma and/or GED. Basic math and counting skills.

+ Attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Ability to read and follow work instructions and packing slips.

+ Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move packages as needed. Strong time management and organizational skills.

+ Familiarity with safety and quality standards in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

The salary for this role is $20.00 - $20.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
