Key Responsibilities:

Origination & Analysis

+ Conduct detailed credit analysis and due diligence on prospective issuers.

+ Prepare pitch books and marketing materials for client presentations.

+ Draft preliminary term sheets.

+ Monitor market trends in private credit and public debt.

+ Maintain investor CRM, databases and support investor outreach efforts.

Execution Support

+ Assist in the preparation of credit approval memorandums.

+ Coordinate internal deal approvals and manage documentation workflows.

+ Liaise with legal counsel, investors, and internal teams during transaction execution.

Portfolio & Market Monitoring

+ Track performance of closed transactions.

+ Support ongoing dialogue with investors and contribute to relationship management.

Qualifications:

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

Experience:

+ 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, credit analysis, or private debt.

Technical Skills:

+ Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

+ Strong understanding of credit metrics, and accounting principles.

+ Familiarity with credit legal documentation for private credit.
