Description
EWASTE+ is seeking a dynamic, hands-onSales Managerto lead our growing Client Services sales team. This role is for a proven sales leader who can build and inspire a culture of winning while actively engaging in the sales process.
You will hire, develop, and coach high-performing sales representatives, empowering them to prospect effectively, build relationships, and close new business. You will lead by example—rolling up your sleeves to work key accounts and demonstrate what success looks like.
You will be responsible for monthly reporting on pipeline health, department goals, and actual performance, as well as for driving creative solutions to challenges that arise. This position is based in our Victor, NY office. Travel is estimated at 10–20% based on business needs, including local customer visits, regional trade shows, and other client-facing events. Most travel will be day trips within Western NY, Central NY, and the Southern Tier, with occasional travel to neighboring states as needed.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and inspire a culture of winning and accountability within the Client Services Sales team, modeling a positive attitude and servant-leader approach
+ Hire, onboard, and mentor sales representatives, driving a high-performance environment
+ Listen to calls, provide constructive feedback, and help reps sharpen their prospecting and closing skills
+ Manage and grow key accounts, demonstrating best practices in enterprise selling and funnel management
+ Use CRM tools, ZoomInfo, and Excel to track KPIs, manage funnels, forecast accurately, and report monthly on pipeline and department performance
+ Build and refine effective sales cadences across multiple channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn
+ Develop and deploy messaging that resonates with prospects by leveraging relevant news, blog posts, research, and industry insights
+ Conduct needs assessments, understand organizational structures, and navigate complex decision-making environments in Fortune 500 and enterprise-level accounts
+ Present confidently to C-level executives and create compelling presentations in PowerPoint tailored to their needs and priorities
+ Teach and model sales math—helping reps understand how to scale activities to hit revenue goals and improve conversion rates
+ Attend customer visits, industry events, and trade shows to support team growth and strengthen client relationships
+ Proactively address obstacles, create new strategies, and implement improvements to drive results
Pay: $65,000- $90,000

Position Requirements
What We’re Looking For
+ 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams, with a consistent record of exceeding targets
+ Strong individual sales background, including managing complex enterprise accounts and closing deals with Fortune 500 clients
+ Skilled in hiring, coaching, and providing actionable feedback to elevate team performance
+ Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ZoomInfo, and advanced Excel for tracking KPIs and pipeline forecasting
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level executives and tailoring messaging to client needs
+ Energetic, team-oriented leader with a solutions-driven mindset; experience in electronics recycling, ITAD, or solid waste industries a plus
About the OrganizationEWASTE+ is a R2/RIOS Certified Electronics Recycler ITAD company and a licensed NAID AAA Certified Data Destruction Contractor.
EWASTE+ focuses on the recovery of value from idle, obsolete and excess electronic equipment and operates a large-scale processing facility in Victor, New York (near Rochester) and two regional consolidation facilities in Albany and New York City. In 2025, EWASTE+ expanded its footprint by adding Take 2 Recycling, based in Waterbury, Connecticut, enhancing its service reach across the Northeast.
