We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who is ready to lead with purpose, inspire a team, and ensure every guest walks into a clean, safe, and well-maintained space. What You’ll Do: As a Housekeeping Supervisor , you’ll lead the day-to-day housekeeping operations while working alongside your team to uphold our standards. You’ll be hands-on, detail-oriented, and people-focused. Key Responsibilities: Lead and forecast for housekeeping operations based on hotel occupancy Encourage, train, and motivate team members while setting clear expectations Perform daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas Partner with Maintenance to ensure repairs are handled promptly Manage housekeeping supply inventory, uniforms, and linen control Monitor lost & found and maintain key security Address guest needs quickly and professionally Ensure OSHA and NHG safety compliance Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in housekeeping preferred; leadership experience a plus Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, and holidays) Familiarity with cleaning equipment, safety procedures, and guest service practices Certifications required (training provided if needed) Physical requirement: Moving furniture and use of hand or lightweight powered cleaning equipment Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
