This is our life’s work to amplify human creativity and intelligence! NVIDIA Silicon Solutions Group is seeking a hardware Chip Lead to be a vital member of the silicon productization team.

What you'll be doing:

+ Lead silicon activities for NVIDIA's chip bringup efforts from pre-silicon through production.

+ Multi-functional team collaboration includes Architecture, Design, Software, Operations, and product teams to plan and drive shared objectives.

+ Form the requirements across product features and align engineering towards them, reassessing in response to technical challenges and evolving market dynamics.

+ Coordinate efforts across marketing, arch, characterization, and dev tech to translate perf, power, cost, and priority requirements into product definitions across all business units.

+ Drive scheduling, equipment, and materials logistics for silicon bringup activities to achieve near-perfect execution of ambitious NPI schedules.

What we need to see:

+ MS in Engineering or equivalent experience.

+ 10+ years of experience leading complex technical projects that span geographic locations.

+ Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in an energizing cross functional environment.

+ Enthusiastic, responsive, and passionate about finding opportunities for process improvement.

+ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically, tactically, and creatively.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Must be able to work on-site 2 to 3 days in Santa Clara, CA

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD for Level 5, and 232,000 USD - 368,000 USD for Level 6.
