    Salary Range: $87k -$120K annually

    Job Summary:

    Advanced Therapy Solutions, part of the Sevita family, provides in-home and clinic-based therapy services for children and young adults with complex medical, developmental, behavioral, and educational needs. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) will evaluate, create, and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and adaptive abilities in daily life. Key responsibilities include assessing treatment effectiveness, recommending adaptive equipment (e.g., feeding utensils, sensory materials), educating parents and caregivers on care strategies, and collaborating with other professionals. The OT will maintain detailed documentation and manage a pediatric caseload, ensuring effective communication with families and accurate billing.

    Responsibilities:

    + Evaluate, create, and carry out individually designed and effective occupational therapy treatment plans for children that improve or restore physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and adaptive abilities in daily life.

    + Evaluate the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefits.

    + As part of home programming, recommend necessary equipment to help a child succeed in daily routines, such as adaptive feeding utensils, specialized positioning equipment, or sensory materials, and instruct in proper use.

    + Write and maintain skilled documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

    + Engage and educate parents/caregivers about accommodating and caring for their child.

    + Collaborate with other professionals to best meet the patient's needs

    + Maintain a pediatric caseload, including maintaining solid communication with parents/caregivers and scheduling appointments

    + Complete and record accurate billing supported by the services provided

    Qualifications:

    + Credentials from an accredited Occupational Therapy program, including a Master's or equivalent degree, are required.

    + AZ Occupational Therapy **license required**

    + Pediatric experience preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply!
