Job Overview
This position supports clients with campaign elements and manages assigned agency account relationships on behalf of the Company.
Job Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and helm approval process of campaign elements with outside parties.
+ Work closely with client and sales team on additional co-op campaign elements (proposals, research, etc.).
+ Manage and track campaign elements for multiple ongoing programs.
+ Source potential new co-op campaigns utilizing internal sales tools.
+ Complete monthly invoicing in accordance with necessary guidelines, collateral, etc.
+ Provide recommendations and input on campaign elements when requested.
+ Design special campaign elements including posters, flyers, invitations, and more upon request.
+ Conduct general administrative support including maintaining electronic files, tracking campaign elements, pulling airchecks, etc.
+ Coordinate sales-related events and initiatives (booking rentals, handling guest lists, coordinating event check-ins, etc.) as assigned by Marketing Support Manager.
+ Maintain and handle departmental assets.
+ Seek out ways to expand current skills and abilities, take initiative to learn new tasks, duties, technology, and equipment.
+ Offer ideas that would enhance or improve the way work is completed.
+ Report to work on time and work agreed upon established schedule/hours. Ability to work other hours or alternate schedules as needed.
+ Willing to work occasional off-site events during nights or weekends.
+ Manage account relationships for assigned business as directed by the Director of Sales, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and service while identifying growth opportunities within those accounts.
+ Attends and participates in meetings as required.
+ Completes other duties as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in communication or related field preferred * 2-3 years of experience in radio, media marketing, or promotions required. * Excellent phone and interpersonal skills including poise, tact, diplomacy, and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information and challenging situations are essential. * Must have excellent language and grammar skills. * Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. * Must have a professional, customer-service-oriented style when interacting face-to-face, over the telephone, and electronically. * Must have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud. * Computer experience including proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and business proposals. * Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a variety of individuals. * Ability to work on short deadlines and in pressure situations; work other times as needed. * Demonstrated experience managing client accounts or business relationships is preferred. * Strong team player. Must be able to retain information and articulate information to others in a clear, concise manner. Average lifting, moving, and pulling abilities.
