Overview
The Supervisor will manage end-to-end delivery of campaigns for all pending launch and live activity. Tracks the status of items to ensure communications are being managed both internally and externally for launch on time. This includes (but not limited too) timeline management, asset confirmation and delivery, deployment grid compliance and traffic workflow status across agency, client and 3 rd party partners.
Responsibilities
+ **Supports Brand SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and Team for Campaign Delivery:** Oversee end-to-end delivery of campaigns, managing communication with leadership.
+ **Main Point of Contact:** Acts as the main point of contact between the media agency and creative partners (Digital).
+ **Communication Management:** Ensures timely communication with client teams, addressing creative handoffs, updates, and inputs.
+ **Ensures DG (Deployment Grid) Completeness:** Ensures AOR (Agency of Record) & client teams complete all applicable information for the DG with biweekly thorough quality assurance (QA).
+ **QA and Discrepancy Review:** QA and review of trackers to identify discrepancies and missing inputs, coordinating with AOR & N2.
+ **Discrepancy Tracking and Compilation:** Owns the review and compilation of discrepancies, tracking completion, and flagging issues to supervisor.
+ **Liaison for Creative Feedback:** Liaison between client teams, and AOR on missing/inaccurate creatives and DG inputs, ensures creative feedback is shared to AORs and that they are addressed in a timely manner for trafficking.
+ **Asset Hand-off Coordination:** Ensures assets are handed off by AOR on time, with initial QA prior to trafficking and proper alignment/communication with N2 Activation and AORs.
+ **Master Calendar Creation:** Partners with AORs, client teams, and the client to create a master yearly calendar for creative efforts and consistently connect with AORs (on a monthly basis) to address any creative changes.
+ **Ad Development Monitoring:** Effectively monitors ad development to ensure AORs deliver on time.
+ **Proactive Planning and Problem Solving:** Responsible for planning, seeking efficiencies, and flagging issues, risks, and dependencies.
+ **Activity Prioritization and Deadline Management:** Analyzes and prioritizes multiple activities to establish attainable deadlines.
+ **Client and Agency Status Updates:** Provides status updates to clients/agencies on projects/campaigns, holding regroups as necessary.
+ **Escalation of Challenges:** Escalates challenges and risks to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
+ Manages communication and resolution of any errors flagged in DCM (DoubleClick Campaign Manager) report weekly
+ **Screenshot Deck Check:** Ensures the DE (Direct/Emerging) team gathers the screenshot deck.
+ **Subject Matter Expert for DG:** Acts as the POC (Point of Contact) and SME (Subject Matter Expert) to address any DG-related questions and best practices, including access and DG.
+ Be the source of truth for the media plan and specs
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
+ 3+ years of Project Management experience
+ Previous experience working on projects for media advertising
+ Client management experience
+ Mastery of small- and mid-level projects (e.g., product development, data integration, process improvement)
+ Experience with multiple project management methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile)
+ PMP and/or CSM Certification (or plan to earn)
+ Strong written and oral presentation skills
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Excellent organizational skills
+ Relationship management to foster a collaborative environment
+ Project performance tracking to assess the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
+ Working knowledge of enterprise tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Visio)

The benefits offerings listed are available to U.S. based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.
Compensation Range: $73,910 - $116,380 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
