**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Flat Welders** for projects located in **Castleton, IN** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **$24-30/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

+ Read and interpret engineering drawings

+ Weld a variety of blast cabinets and rooms

+ Layout, measure, cut, fit and weld thin gauge materials

+ Maintain welding equipment

+ Other tasks assigned

Requirements:

+ Must have a minimum of 4+ years of experience with welding and fabricating thin gauge materials

+ Must have a high school diploma and completion of a tech school program

+ Must be able to read and interpret complex drawings

+ Must be able to set up weld machine parameters, amps, volts, etc...

+ Strong knowledge of common welding tools and materials

+ Working knowledge of fixture and clamping techniques

+ Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

+ Must be able to bend, stoop and stand for extended periods of time
