**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Structural Pulse Arc Welders** for projects located in and around **Newport News, VA** . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of **up to $45/hour** based on experience plus **$140/Per Diem** to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:

+ All Position Fillet and Butt Welds using the Following Processes: SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding), and GMAWP Pulse Arc Welding

+ Heating Oxygen/Propane Heating Torch

+ Air Carbon Arc Gouging

Requirements:

+ Minimum of 4 Years of NNS or Naval Shipyard Experience as a First Class Welder

+ Able to Pass Various Welding Tests

+ Experience Working in a Physically Demanding Environment, Shipyard Assemblies, Staging, etc.

+ Familiarity with OSHA Regulations Relative to the Shipbuilding Industry

+ Ability to Properly use Fillet and Butt Weld Gauges
