    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Journeyman Pipefitters** for projects located in the **Glen Burnie, MD area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **up to $30/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are a Pipefitter eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Install and work with PVC piping, copper pipe, grooved pipe, carbon steel, and stainless steel piping

    + Fit, grind, bevel, cut, lay out, and assemble various piping systems

    + Work on storm drains and underground utilities

    + Test piping systems for safety, leaks, and functionality

    + Diagnose and repair pipe system malfunctions

    + Install, modify, and repair fluid systems

    + Rebuild and maintain various types of pumps

    + Occasionally operate forklifts and other equipment

    + Perform other tasks as needed

    Requirements

    + Previous experience in pipefitting (industrial or commercial preferred)

    + Proficiency with tools and techniques related to pipe installation and repair

    + Must have own tools for the trade

    + Ability to read and interpret piping schematics and construction drawings

    + Reliable transportation
