We’re searching for a Senior Field Service Technician to join our growing Field Operations team and play a key role in driving our vision forward.

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will be at the heart of our customer success and operational excellence, providing hands-on expertise to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge public transit Mobile Video System equipment. You’ll:

+ Conduct on-site customer service visits, preventative maintenance, and day-to-day repairs on transit system buses.

+ Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions while collaborating with manufacturers and field personnel.

+ Manage multiple assignments and respond to technical challenges with a calm, problem-solving approach.

+ Travel occasionally within the U.S. for retrofits, startups, and troubleshooting projects.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; AS degree or equivalent military technical training preferred.

+ 2–4 years of technical experience; experience in a manufacturing or transit environment preferred.

+ Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

+ Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams (preferred).

Skills:

+ Technical Savvy: Proficiency with electrical systems, automotive wiring, voltmeters, and small tools.

+ Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills to handle demanding situations and deliver exceptional service.

+ Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose, resolve, and communicate complex technical issues effectively.
