Responsibilities:

+ Ensure a safe working environment including following and enforcing the safety absolutes

+ Supervision of Carding and Finishing employees on scheduled shift

+ Daily scheduling and adherence to promise dates for all Work Orders

+ Implementation of upgraded training program

+ Implementation of skills tree matrix

+ Verification of clean work environment – following daily scheduling clean-ups and auditing process

+ Completing LPA’s each to ensure adherence to specifications and set-ups

+ Workday time management and verification for employees

+ Schedule manning to meet production output requirements

+ Coordination with Scheduling and Maintenance to process orders

Qualifications:

+ 5 years of relevant experience as it relates to manufacturing, inspection, and quality control

+ 2 years supervisor / lead experience

+ Works from verbal, written instructions, blueprints, and sketches.

+ Ability to apply skills, experience, and general knowledge to a wide range of tasks

+ Ability to document information, present information, create charts and trend performance
